Deep Foundations

Ground stresses that cannot bear the building load incapable of

(that is, on the ground of loads from the structure and therefore

from the foundation) stresses, the ground will be greater than the

safety stress) on weak soils; If the solid ground that can carry the

building loads is too deep to be able to improve a healthy ground, deep foundations are formed in order to ensure that the solid ground can carry the building loads.

Bored Pile

These are the stakes made in single or group in order to carry the superstructure load to the solid ground on the low carrying capacity. The manufacturing method varies according to the existing soil conditions, recommended pile diameter and length. Pile diameters range from 60 cm to 250 cm and pile lengths up to 100 m. It is made by using attachments suitable for drilling according to the diameter, dimensions and ground conditions of the piles.

Mini Pile

These are the stakes made in single or group in order to carry the superstructure load to the solid ground on the low carrying capacity. The manufacturing method varies according to the existing soil conditions, recommended pile diameter and length. Pile diameters range from 25 cm to 50 cm and pile lengths up to 30 m. It is made by using attachments suitable for drilling according to the diameter, dimensions and ground conditions of the piles.

Bored Pile Anchors, Mini Pile Anchors

The rapid increase in the population of the city has increased the need for infrastructure services such as housing, office, sewerage and parking. The decrease in empty parcels in urban centers and increasing costs, on the other hand, the restriction of the building volumes on the ground by the zoning regulations led to the use of the existing land more efficiently. For this purpose, deep excavations have become compulsory. For this purpose deep retaining walls with Bored Pile-Anchor or Mini Pile-Anchor are made.

In cases where the soil type is insufficient to carry the forces coming from the structure and it is not possible to improve it with soil improvement methods, the structure should be placed on piled deep foundation systems instead of shallow foundation systems.
